We all scream for Ice Cream! I love summer! It's the time for pastel color nail polish paired with neon everything! For my Mani-Monday, I've chosen a pastel green with confetti top polish and a power pink to give my mani a POW!
It looks like Ice Cream, don't you think?

When doing your own nails NEVER EVER skip the base coat and the top coat! The base coat makes it easier for you to apply the nail polish (believe me, your nail polish glides easily and perfectly) and the top coat helps keep your polish chip free. I use Sally Hansen Hard as Nails for my base coat and for this Mani-Monday Ice Cream Inspiration, I've used MILANI Sugar Coated (mint green with sparkles) top coat (bought from Walmart for 1.00). I've only applied 1 coat of the MILANI Sugar Coated since it will look like a child had gone color-confetti crazy if you apply it more than once. For my Ice Cream look I've used PURE ICE Home Run and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Flashy Fuchsia.
